I like this one! What should I sub for double unders? Modified burpees, you think? I can do any ballistic movements, but need some heart elevation.... Drew? What do you think?

Cori Ithink 1 foot stepovers are a good sub for the heart

oh...you mean like jump rope for heart skipping rope!? ok...will try that. should i do 2:1?

so it's after 12p, and i've had breakfast AND lunch and i'm still paleo!!! how is everyone else doing on their first day of the nutrition challenge!?

Peanut butter and jelly for lunch. I'm in the zone, but it's not zone...

If you have recommendations for zone/paleo on the go they would be appreciated. I'm travelling the next 3 weeks and 2 of those I'm working in the field. Hard to maintain a diet such as these.
