it was amazing this morning to see the progress that was made by all! i LOVE coaching people and seeing results!

congrats to mark and andrew this morning for completing our first CF101 class! i look forward to seeing you guys in the regular CF classes!

and good job to lynn and zack for busting out PR's on this wod!

John The day crossfit nearly killed me. U will pass out long before u die it is which is right before blackout that is why I call it RUNNING IN THE DARK. it starts off small like not knowing reps or rounds the room gets small then it is lights out, but that is a hard place to go with just training hard. But I will help u count.

My feelings weren't hurt, I was kidding in all my posts. I am not a very serious person, try to not let things bother me. Can't believe you called me a buttercup more than haughty. I have had a blast this past month getting to know all the people and getting back in some sort of shape.

Bahahaahah! Andrew, we'll work on the 101 "cons" you speak of! Someone put a leash on Drew!

And yes, John....we will count for you. They teach us "basics of counting to 10" in the certification! And I believe that Alex might benefit from such a class! ;) (Don't worry, Alex...the counting gets easier!)

oh yeah - anonymous - i mean andrew - what happened to keeping each other accountable? i thought we were supposed to be doing 3x10dips a day! what happened?

I slipped up and forgot about it. I did 3x1 dips Wednesday morning with the ropes, I didn't have time to set the bar up, and I forgot this morning. Tomorrow morning we will start.

Improved my time by 34 seconds. I had Allen pacing me on the running so that definitely helped. Afterwards I was gassed, left nothing on the carport.
