band assisted MU with the skinny purple band. Getting closer to RX'd! Squats and hang power cleans were unbroken.

i'm jealous i won't be there tonight to do this one....i think this ol' pregnant gal could muster up some band assisted mu's and scaled down hpc's to 75#, maybe even 85#...i might just show up unannounced! i don't think my belly is too in the way just yet, although i have hit it a couple of times when i'm keeping the bar really close to me (which you're supposed to do everytime...at least i know when my form is correct). :)

p.s. i LOVE this video! there's nothing like b.a. chicks doing b.a. cf wods! empowering!

I need to get some rings so I can work on MUs. What's crazy about that video is those girls hardly even kip to get a MU! Just straight pull!

Lynne wore great cuing ear hoops today she would jump shrug until her shoulders hit the hoops ,then rip her elbows under the bar.
