CrossFit does not ask for max efforts very often. Like “Lynne” this workout “Nicole” does and expects that there is no “gaming” the workout. that is why Dave is called "the running man" 7 rounds WOW and allmost 100 pullups somebody put that leash back on.

did a 20 min amrap of 500m row, 10 pullups - got 4 rounds.my thoughts each round:round 1 - ugh.round 2 - feeling better...round 3 - think i have the hang of this thing!round 4 - beat the clock!p.s. i stayed paleo 90% of the day (with the exception of banana pudding for dessert)! :) i think the baby liked the paleo diet...he/she squirmed around almost all day long!
