CrossFit does not ask for max efforts very often. Like “Lynne” this workout “Nicole” does and expects that there is no “gaming” the workout. At Brand X I tell people I want to see you falling of the pull up bar. People whose score looks like: 30 25 20 20 15

Big Dawgs and Pack: As Rx’d
Puppies: 5 rounds of: Run 200 M 12 beginner or assisted pull ups
Buttercups 3 rounds run 200 M 12 beginner or assisted pull ups
Drew 8 rounds 128 pullups 6 rounds 109 pushups Kelly put it in as a challenge that was oked buy Amber. he was getting fast the longer we went. I hope he shows up for the sprint tomorrow.
did a 20 min amrap of 500m row, 10 pullups - got 4 rounds.
my thoughts each round: round 1 - ugh. round 2 - feeling better... round 3 - think i have the hang of this thing! round 4 - beat the clock!
p.s. i stayed paleo 90% of the day (with the exception of banana pudding for dessert)! :) i think the baby liked the paleo diet...he/she squirmed around almost all day long!

7 ROUNDS FOR 81 PULL UPS. Really got tired in the last 5 minutes.
that is why Dave is called "the running man" 7 rounds WOW and allmost 100 pullups somebody put that leash back on.

Good WOD. The pullup round kept me at 85% plus MHR. Started to cruise in the pushup side at round 4.
