Dang! hate I missed the triathlon again. Been laid up since Buster Britton Triathlon!! Will be back Monday!
Sheena, The website says 10-2. (I think it may last a little longer though.)
Carporter's showed up in person AND watched live! You guys are awesome!! Thank you for all of your support!
Jonathan ran this at Open Gym- ran mile in 7:30 ish, row 8:30:ish, 87 burpees- at 28:00. Took a little ten minute break and then completed the last 13 burpees. It was 97 degree outside when he ran it. Nice job!
