On that same note, Rachel finished her first 50k on Saturday with a time of 6:10! She placed 3rd in her age group!

Congrats Rachel and David! Hard work pays off!

23:13. Consistency is the name of the game. Don't blow it out on the run or the row because 100 burpees will beat you down quickly!!!

Good times posted on the wall today.

Nice job everyone.

A 50 mile race Rachel? WOW!!!

One tends to regret all the cookie eating while doing 100 burpees preceded by a one mile run and 2k row...

29:30. Not great but a full five minutes faster than I ran it in July. 7:36 mile/8:38 row. Burpees killed my time.

Those burpees killed me after the rowing. I just couldn't keep up with Drew. Great job Rachel and David!

26:29 PR YAY!

Run was 8:41, a new PR, which I wasn't even trying for.
I did the burpees next, and doing the math from my rowing pace, that took me about 16 minutes. The row pace was 2:30. Total time 33:40.
As bad as my burpees are, I took off a good 4-5 minutes off of them from July.

2249 rx not my fastest time. But my fastest time at 215 pounds. So I think that is a 215 pound personal record.
I'm glad Dave went first.
