Bench Press 55 reps @ 75 lbs, 10 pts per = 550 pts.
Step-ups @ 1 = 1/2 pt. = 32 pts.
Deadlifts 21 reps @165, 20 pts per = 420 pts.
Single-unders 230 @ 1/4 pt. per = 55 pts.

(550)(32) = 17600
(420)(55) = 23100

17600 + 23100 = 40700
