Back Squat x 3

20 minutes to establish 3-3-3-3-3 reps Back Squat for average load. Pause for 3 seconds at the bottom of each rep.

Then

4 rounds for reps of
1 min row for calories
1 min rest
1 min box jumps 24/20
1 min rest

Score = (avg load)(reps). Post average load, reps, and final score to comments. Compare to 7/31/17.
