Squat x 10

15 minutes to complete 10-10-10 reps Squat for average points
 - back squat = load x 1
 - front squat = load x 1.5
 - overhead Squat = load x 2
You may choose any combination of squats. You can choose one type of Squat and stick with that for all three sets or you can mix it up. You must complete all 10 reps to earn points for that set. To calculate average points add the points earned in set 1, set 2, and set 3, then divide that total by 3.

Then

Three 3-minute AMRAPs with 2 minutes rest between AMRAPs.
10 pull-ups
20 push-ups
30 ballslams, 30/20
40 RKBS, 1.5/1

Score = (avg points)(total reps). Post average points, total reps, and score to comments.

DON'T OVER JUMP THE FENCE WHEN DOING PULL-UPS... YOU WILL FALL OFF THE BAR :-)
