EMOM for 20 minutes perform Kettlebell Swings or KB SDHPs, 1.5/1pd. Odd minutes perform 10 Kettlebell Swings. Even minutes perform 10 KB SDHP.then10 min to perform as many Wallball shots as possible. 20/14Post wallballs completed to comments. Compare to 1/26/16.
