20 minutes to establish 5-5-5-5-5 reps Shoulder-to-Overhead for average load. Press, push press, jerk, split jerk are all okay.

Then

10 minute AMRAP
5 chest-to-bar pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 sit-ups

Score = average load x reps. Post average load, reps, and score to comments.
