Shoulder to Overhead x 3

15 minutes to establish 3-3-3-3-3 reps shoulder to overhead for average load.

Then

10 minute ascending ladder for total reps.
2 deadlifts, 2 bar-over-Burpees
4 deadlifts, 4 bar-over-Burpees
6...
8...
10...
12... continue climbing until clock stops at 10:00.

Score is average load multiplied by total reps. Post average load, total reps, and score to comments.

Coach obviously heard us talking about Bar Over Burpees after last night's class.. *sighs* Better than Bar Facing Burpees I suppose?
