Rest 5 minutes then each athlete will have one attempt to establish a 2min Max Average Watts on the rower.
Score is dips+sit-up+DU+avg watts. (Scoring example: 80 dips+80 sit-ups + 200 DU + 400 watts = 760.) Compare to 8/6/15.
