Ring Dips 30 sec on 30 sec off for 10 minutes for total reps.

Then

Tabata sit-ups, immediately followed by Tabata Double Unders

Rest 5 minutes then each athlete will have one attempt to establish a 2min Max Average Watts on the rower.

Score is dips+sit-up+DU+avg watts. (Scoring example: 80 dips+80 sit-ups + 200 DU + 400 watts = 760.)
