Regional EVENT 5

3 rounds for time:

400-m run

40 Straight legged sit-ups

7 deadlifts

M  315 lb.     F  205 lb.

Time cap is 16 minutes. 1 second penalty for every rep not completed.  For example, if you finished everything except the last 7 deadlifts then your time would be 16:07.
