20 min to establish Bench Press 5-5-5-5-5. Score is the average of all five lifts.

Then

Tabata wallballs and Tabata push-ups. Alternate wallballs and push-ups for 16 Tabata intervals (8min total). Final score is average load plus reps. Post average load, reps, and score to comments.
