Pullups, Situps, RD, GM, Row

20 minute AMRAP
For the first 10 minutes perform pullups on the even minutes and situps on the odd minutes. For the last 10 minutes perform ring dips on the even minutes and good mornings (45/35) on the odd minutes

3 rounds total calories:
1 min Row for max calories
3 min Rest
