EMOM (every minute on the minute) for 15 minutes perform:
1 Muscle Clean + Front Squat
1 Hang Power Clean + Front Squat
1 Hang Squat Clean
Use 75% of 3RM hang power clean from 5/5/15. Post loads and successful lifts to comments. Compare to 7/9/13 and 7/8/14.
