MC, HPC, HSC


EOMON (every other minute on the minute) for 20 minutes perform:
1 Muscle Clean + Front Squat
1 Hang Power Clean + Front Squat
1 Hang Squat Clean

Use 75% of 3RM hang power clean from 7/1/13. Post loads and successful lifts to comments.

BURPEES-TO-BABY: 9 burpees!

I added all that bonus Bill was really showing Josh how good his TTB is when the type A took over:)

95 lbs and 235watts - what? I thought I would just get my Estobar rhythm between 1st and 2nd round then the next thing I knew Josh and I had agreed to 3 Estobars each minute.....I'm still not sure how that happened...but that did increase the cardio workout.

did this wod with dave at the park while macie played on the playground.

we both did 115#
then i worked with dave on some skill work on his clean. by the end of the session he was cleaning 155# like a champ!

no skillz for us today. those 15 burpee muscle ups yesterday made my shoulders tweaky. and now i have to do 19 tomorrow! whew!
