Bar Dip 10-8-6-4-2

20min to establish 10-8-6-4-2 rep max Bar Dip. Total of all loads is your score.
(First establish your 10-rep max, then 8-rep max, and so on. You must go in that order 10-8-6-4-2. For example, once you have moved from the 8-rep scheme to the 6-rep scheme, you cannot go back and re-attempt your 10-rep or 8-rep max. You may change weights as needed.)

Then

10 min AMRAP of squats (Front Squat or Back Squat)
EMOM do 5 burpees then as many squats as possible. Bar starts on the ground.
Scaled WOD:
Wolf - 185/115
Rx - 135/95
Masters - 95/65, 3 burpees EMOM
Teen - 65/45, 3 burpees EMOM

Post bar dip score and total reps to comments. Compare to 9/9/14 and 3/23/15.

blue band for 10-8-6, red band for 4-2, a few attempts at 2 without a band, and a few more sets of 2 with red band until time was up.

Oops, were we supposed to be keeping count? Lol!

By the time we got to the squats/burpees, it was taking me the full minute just to complete the burpees!
