"GWEN" - LEADERBOARD WOD!!



Clean and Jerk 15-12-9 reps

Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use the same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

30 minute time cap. Post load to comments. Top 5 men's and women's scores will go on the leaderboard. Compare to 8/19/13, 12/2/13, and 1/5/15.
