Modified masters/pack - 65lbs/60 reps with 3 burpee intervals - 3:33. I did 38 reps the first minute, however doing so depleted about 80% of my fuel and had me running on fumes for the remaining reps which got broken up into 5s and 6s. At least that's what I recollect. To paraphrase how Cori used to put it...."in the middle of a WOD I often can't remember if I have any children, what my name is or what day of the week this is....let alone how many reps I've done".

15 Ring Push-ups
