FOOTBALL FRIDAY - Bench Press x 3

20 min to establish 3-rep Max Bench Press. (Compare to 8/12/14.)

Then

4 rounds for reps. Record score for each round.
30 sec max rep KB SDHP 2/1.5
1 min rest
30 sec max rep Ball Slam 30/20
1 min rest
30 sec max rep Burpee
1 min rest

Post load and score for each round to comments.
