"I am 60, married with 1 grown child and 2 grandkids. I retired in 2014. I had been runner and swimmer since my 30's but nothing has changed me so dramatically like CrossFit. I began CF 1 and 1/2 years ago. I did not consider myself a well rounded athlete until CrossFit."
