Ring dips - tried to get one without a band, not too much success there!
Used 55# on the wod, finished in 8:50 doing regular pull-ups

Tomorrow's WOD is
Perform 1 Hang Snatch every 90sec for 15 minutes. Heaviest load possible.
Then
Max handstand hold (against the wall)
Then
Tabata DU. Lowest round is your score.
Overall score is (#snatch)+(time in sec)+(DU).
Ring dips, purple band, 2 EMOM for the 15 minutes.
