Run, Over-the-Box Jumps

10 minutes to complete a 1 mile run and as many over-the-box jumps as possible.
Rest 2 minutes.
5 minutes to complete an 800M run and as many over-the-box jumps as possible.
Rest 1 minute.
3 minutes to complete an 400M run and as many over-the-box jumps as possible.
Rest 1 minute.
1 minute to complete as many over-the-box jumps as possible.

Post number of over-the-box jumps completed to comments.

Just Sandy, Coach Drew and me. I told Coach that he would have had more reps if he hadn't expended so much energy on his Maria....although he doesn't come close to rivaling Cori on that note but Drew's Maria is more like a Maria with a smokers voice.

Enjoyed running this wod with my hubby and Coach Drew this morning. I kept up with them the first quarter of a mile then they left me in their dust.
