Regional coverage begins this morning!

For time:
50 Burpees
100 Situps
150 Supine Ring Rows

Partition burpees, sit-ups, and SRR as needed.

then

15 minutes to establish 1-rep Max Bench Press

rx @27:16 whew!!! What a gasser. EA, Casey, Riley and Sandy all left me in the dust! Good job a.m.ers!
I nearly doubled the allotted time. Like Coach says...'that's why we have a masters scale'. A good workout. Different from our usual routines, I like that.

Sandy fixed us a good breakfast but I am still 100% whupped an hour later. She asked me a question after breakfast and I couldn't even give her an answer because it took too much energy to process an answer. I got to work and was having a 2nd cup of coffee and my brain said 'let go of that cup...it's consuming too many calories to hold it'....so I did. Fortunately it was a paper cup and a cement floor.

Great working out with everyone this morning! my whole body is sore from the entire week! Rest day is going to be very nice for me tomorrow :)

Sounds like this one was a hard one. Love being on vacation but I'm missing the morning routine. See you guys Monday.
