MU, TTB, Burpee

As many MU as possible in 15 minutes.

Then

10 rounds for max reps
30 sec Toes-to-Bar
30 sec Burpees

Post total MU and reps to comments. Compare MU score to 12/19/13 and TTB/Burpee score to 8/28/13.

Front Squat x 5

Front Squat 5-5-5-5-5

then

5 min AMRAP of the following ascending ladder
1 Hang Squat Clean (50% 5RM), 2 Box Jumps (24/20)
2 Hang Squat Cleans, 4 Box Jumps
3 Hang Squat Cleans, 6 Box jumps
etc...

Green band pushups, for the WOD I hung from the rings and did burpees, 51.
