30 sec L-pull-ups
30 sec Rest

4 rounds for reps of:
30 sec Toes to Bar
30 sec Kettlebell Swings, 1.5/1pd
30 sec Sumo Deadlift High Pull, 1.5/1pd
30 sec Burpee
30 sec Rest

Good workout this morning! Sure feels good the rest of the day knowing your workout is over!
42 reg. pull-ups/127 reps RX. Did 11 toes to bar the first round and 2 the last round - they disappeared quickly!!

Gamed the L pull-ups 5&7's doing 2 or better at a time
Then
Gamed the other all the way for 50+ a round
It was great to have my first born there to train:)
