Tomorrow's WOD is

4 min - run 400M and complete Max reps WB, 20/14
4 min - run 400M and complete Max reps BallSlams, 30/20
4 min - run 400M and complete Max reps Push ups
4 min - run 400M and complete Max reps sit-ups

This will be for four minute rounds. Each round begins with a 400 m run. there is no rest between rounds. Rounds will begin at minutes 0, 4, 8, and 12. Score is total reps.
