"Lite DT" - men use 95#, women use 65#
5 rounds for time of:
12 Deadlifts
9 hang power cleans
6 push press
3 Burpee's over bar

I just did the metcon at the jcc

i thought it wouldbe a sub 5 min wod but i couldn't breathe and wimped out on my grip on round 4 and 5. :)
