EMOM for 10 minutes perform one unbroken max effort set of Chest-to-Bar pull-ups. (Your set ends when you drop off the bar.)
Then
10 min AMRAP
5 Deadlifts, 275/185
10 push-ups on your barbell
20 lateral hops over your barbell
Post max C2B pullups and rounds and reps to comments. Compare to 9/12/13.

Can you believe it...the old codgers posting a Wednesday WOD?? Not only that but at the 6am class! That is as unbelievable as a Chris Davis 105 yard missed field goal runback.... Inconceiveable!

57 ctb pullups for me with a 7 rep max. i originally thought it was posting of total ctb pullups, so i mightve gamed it a little. :)
amrap 8 + 3 mod deadlifts
did a 3 mile run pre WOD then 63 CTB pull ups with max rd being 10 reps and then 8 rds for the WOD.
tomorrow's wod is (not quite sure how i'm going to do a mu with how sore i am already from the ring dips, c2b and barbell pushups...)

Wow there was a drop in that showed up the "CAT" so I jump on the bar for a tie . That is not as spectacular as a 105 yard return but I will take it on a few hours sleep and pecan pie :)
