Jerk & Burpees

20 minutes to establish
- max reps. In one continuous set with the weight of your choice perform as many reps as possible shoulder to overhead. When you can no longer get the bar overhead, place the bar on your shoulders and perform as many back squats as possible.
- max jerk

Score = (total reps + load) x (max jerk)

Then

5 rounds of
30 sec Burpees
30 sec Rest

Score is Burpees x your age!

From home: 100 lbs x 60 reps= 6000lbs x 205lb jerk = 1,203,000 (is this right?)
62 burpees x 38yrs = 2,356
