In honor of Randy Simmons, 51, a 27 year LAPD veteran and SWAT team member who was killed February 6 in the line of duty. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Officer Simmons' wife and two children.

Guys, I really wanted to be there this morning but rest was more important! The World Series really took it out of me this weekend, but our team finished 2nd place out of all the teams from TN, GA, AL, and IN that came! Very proud dad and coach!

1:00 ME Front Rack Barbell Step-ups 20″ box 95/65#
1:00 ME C2B Pull-ups
1:00 UB Handstand Hold

Note: The HS hold is meant to be performed completely UB. Perform a 10 Burpee penalty (AFTER the entire piece is completed) for every time the HS hold is broken within each 1:00 interval.

Really disappointed to miss tonite, but body wasnt recovered from 10k trail race yesterday. Looking forward to tomorrow tho & i just may come to open gym Wed. AM and do todays :-)

12:23 which is abysmally slow. However, just to find the silver lining, in May it took me 13:34. So, that a 1:11 improvement and a PR.

CORRECTION: it was 13:54 in May so the improvement was 1:31. A good day after all.
