Hang Snatch

EMOM for 10 min using 65-75% max snatch, perform:
1 Hang Snatch (can start anywhere above the knee)
2 Snatch-grip Push Press
3 Overhead Squats

-then-

For max reps:
1 min bar-over Burpees, 30 sec rest
1 min SDHP, 30 sec rest
1 min Push Press, 30 sec Rest
1 min Lateral Hops over bar, 30 sec rest
1 min Lateral Hops over bar, 30 sec rest
1 min Push Press, 30 sec Rest
1 min SDHP, 30 sec rest
1 min bar-over Burpees

Use the same barbell for both parts if the workout. Post load, successful lifts, and reps to comments.

Well, i totally goofed that wod and forgot to write the push presses. Drew, I'm so sorry! I even got there extra early! I also apologize to the morning people for short changing you two minutes worth of work. I'll make it up to you tomorrow.

Skillz lifts completed w 65lbs. 224 reps on WOD.
Pretty much a real gasser.
Required one of Miss Sandy's post Gasser WOD BREAKFASTS - 3 eggs, 3 toast, bacon and gritses.

Cori, the day I complain about being short changed on a WOD is the day you'll see pigs fly - if you feel you must make it up to the A.M. crowd then Wednesday would be the perfect day for that ;o/

hate I missed this morning but the clock were set and the times were right, just failed to look at those AM/PM things on the side. See you guys tomorrow, in the AM. :)

tomorrow's wod:

15 min to establish 5-rep max High bar Back Squat

-then-

Two 6min rounds for max reps
Run 800m
Complete as many front squats (95/65) as possible in time remaining.
