315# on 5 RPM. Got 335# 4 times and had to let the 5th roll off.

75 FSs on the WOD.

i tried back squat max. i did 115 with no problem/pain, then i tried 135. although the 135 felt ok, i stopped after 2 reps. that was too much load on the posterior chain and i felt that it was unwise to continue. i put 95 on the bar and did some more reps to at least get in some back squats.

THEN i actually ran this wod! gasp!!! my two most loathed things in crossfit, and i sucked it up and did it. i am trying to do the things i don't like more often.

my big butt lugged around that 800 meters twice, lagging behind Riley both times. in the end, i accumulated 45 front squats. i need to run faster - which means i need to run more often. :)

I went up to 145 for my 5 rep max-I could have done more but my new master's philosophy is 'lift to live another day'. I don't know anything about posterior chain loading butt I do know when the place where my beyonce meets my lower back says.."you wanna make it to 59?...then shut this train down boy".

Rx for 37 reps.

Bill, you crack me up! Great job morning folks. I have a late afternoon meeting so I am not sure I will make it today. Oh, and I am sore from yesterday's fun.
