This was a HUMDINGER! I finished at 32:48 but only with the help of Drew pulling me along on the last 800m! Great week coaches! Thanks for the encouragement Drew!

Okay I officially signed up for the WLC as RX Vegetarian. What time are you starting tomorrow? I won't be leaving town till around 10 am or so. If it's early I can make it, if not I will have to make up the WLC workout on Wednesday.

Brooke, It would be fun to have sleepover at the gym with WOD s out of the hopper every hour or so :)
I see you right there around that time if u come ready to get back on the bar!!
It took me about the same time to run as it did to work.
That can tell u a few different things. But i am telling u It was slow running :)

It was a great week of training with loads of rowing
After today I will have 60000 m

Tonya it will be straight up 9:00 I can get to the MEAT of the meeting or the dark green veggies and eggs for u ASAP or maybe not eggs. I don't know what protein source you comfortable with, it will be fun to find out. :)
