Sheenoozer left me in the dust this morning! I was trying to stay with her on the weighted pull-ups but I couldn't hang in there. I was not prepared for the "baby-momma" business that was knocking at my door rep 2 of 18# pull-ups, so I stopped and happily settled for the 13# 3-rep max. I'm glad I can still do pull-ups and TTB!
