1st min - 2 Hang Power Clean & Jerks
2nd min - 4 Hang Power Clean & Jerks
3rd min - 6 Hang Power Clean & Jerks
4th min - 8 Hang Power Clean & Jerks

135# jerk :)
I barely got through the 3rd minute of C&J then completed 5 the next minute. The "around the belly" bar path is not very efficient.

Hats off to Kaila and Josh for setting some BIG PR's! Kaila set a 55#PR! She jerked 90#!!!! Josh learned to Split Jerk and added 30# to his max! Woot woot! So proud of y'all!

Only 125lbs and 6 rounds plus 7 reps=13 reps and I don't even have a belly to get around.
Great job on those PRs Josh and Kaila!

And Eddie (Mr Transition) good job on not completely knocking yourself out this morning....I'll bet that is going to leave a mark. Coach did say keep the bar close though didn't he?

Cyn- did Garage games team WOD- wall balls over partners, 14# ball 40 times, run 50m partner carry, then 40 box jumps at 30/24 total with all team members doing 10. 4 rounds. Finished in 10:53.
Then jerked 155# - PR. Could not clean that weight. Did the workout with 115#, 4+5- it was hard!
