Looks like a good one today.
I'm actually disappointed that in Cori's wod post last night the term 'burpee shots' was a typo. I was hoping it would be something like chocolate milk shots...as many as possible while doing burpees in the time remaining. I could go for that.

This has been a good week! Worked up to 375#s on the 3 rep max and got a total of 28 burpess. after the 1st set they went down bad! I would like to thank the TTBs for that! :)

I have been having to take a few days off due to a pulled/sore hip/groin. Going for a run tonight so we shall see how it goes. I really like this WOD though...

sorry this is posted late. i had dinner with friends and just got home....
tomorrow's wod is:

"Chelsea"
Every minute on the minute perform 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 squats. Can you continue for thirty minutes? Twenty minutes? How about 10? Post results to comments. If you fall behind the clock keep going for thirty minutes and see how many rounds you can complete.

If you've finished the workout before this time add +1 to each exercise, i.e., 6 pull-ups, 11 push-ups, and 16 squats each minute, and see if you can go the full thirty minutes. We've seen +3. Any +4's?
