Set up before a clock, and every minute on the minute perform 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 squats. Can you continue for thirty minutes? Twenty minutes? How about 10? Post results to comments. If you fall behind the clock keep going for thirty minutes and see how many rounds you can complete.

If you've finished the workout before this time add +1 to each exercise, i.e., 6 pull-ups, 11 push-ups, and 16 squats each minute, and see if you can go the full thirty minutes. We've seen +3. Any +4's?

BURPEES-TO-BABY: 53 burpees!

11 rounds on the minute and 9 rounds not on the minute after that. I'll just say this about know it was tough when you get back to the house and can barely lift your beloved coffee to your mouth. On the other hand it was a great change up in WODs - I liked it.

wish I could have done this one. Played ball till 10 o'oclock last night then got up at 6 am and washed the RV, that has to count for something???

What was your time washing the RV and did you do it Rx?

bill said...

My question Shane is why 6am? If you had waited I'm sure Sandy, Sheenoozer, Eduardo and Josh would have come to help.

Puma, yes I did go RX on the RV, plus stopped walked kids to the bus stop and wished them a great day. Had a time cap of 2 hours and made it! On top of that got to work at 9 am.

My wife reminded me of Cori or Drew this morning when she was saying "you have 5 MINUTES!!!"

And Bill I would have loved to have support but it only came in the form of encouragement from my leaning out the window saying, it looks great!

The picture of the girls' expression today is pretty much how I felt after today's wod. That was a humdinger!! I did 10 rds emom then 9 more emom interspersed with rests; then 42 reps. How is that for confusing! :-)

Rowed the the first 2000m hard got up and got a towel for hands.(not good for time) Got back on and made the 5000 M in under 20 mins
Friday's 1/2 will be a slow pace with some short burst eomom

Are you thinking about doing the WLC but haven't quite jumped on the bandwagon? Do you drink diet soda? Would you have to give that up to take the challenge on? Here's an interesting article for might help you decide to kick that habit and join us for the WLC!!!

There is the Super teacher In the Cori coming out.
Great article
I have read that some of the stuff we eat and drink makes us decompose slower. I guess it at the right potency it can have anti-aging effects :)
That is a joke
when I drink soda it is clear and full of calorie sugar with a little lemonade. I like to call" lemonite"

Bill stop scaring the evening group

Wow- the arms, and squatters! I did 16 rounds Rx before I couldn't make the minute. Did 2 more rounds, ripped my hand and switched to ring rows for the last five rounds.
