Snatches are hard for me!! So this was a much needed workout! Did 35# on both sets. Only managed a total of 11 wall balls; pretty measly, but it is what it is! Thanks for all the good coaching tips, Cori!

It was good to do some running with autumn the WOD was more fun with the class than in training by myself but good skill work all the same
