23:31 - I rowed instead of running, did 45# hang sq. cleans, and sit-ups instead of toes to bar. Coach Drew gave me several good instructive tips to correct my form in rowing and sq. cleans. All in all a good morning!

I went light. 45# squat cleans and 1/2 and 1/2 TTB and a modified version. I did the entire running distances though. 26:20 Still a breather even with the modifications.

Sandy is easy to coach. I wish my friend Bill could have been there for some coaching :)

I tried to run with Tonya but it was just round 1
Got knock down 3 times going for sub 30 that cost me
The runs were 2-4-9 the cleans were heavy. Never got more than 3 in a row the t2b 20-10-5-5 then 10-5-5 then10
But in all good work

We ran a 5K this morning for last bit of training before our triathlon this weekend. This WOD looks pretty brutal so good on y'all! See everyone next week!

well what was your time drew!?

I must say my suspicions at Cori's WOD posting last night were justified. Whenever she says anything close to "it's a good one" ......that means trouble.
I woke up at our usual 4am, looked at the 'real' WOD then looked at my calendar and lo and behold it said 'National Master's Grace Day'! Can you believe it? So I picked that big lucious cherry, kissed Sandy goodbye, rolled over and got two great Sheenizer hours in honor of my friend Sheena. God's rich blessings on you Sheena.

It's just too bad I have to go to Atlanta on business today and tomorrow. Today's WOD looks so pleasant!

Well I do hate I missed this one! :) I caught a 9 inning game last night and was closing my eyes around 11:30-rain delay for about 45 minutes. Did plenty of squats though.... :)

well....I hate to admit it, but I rolled over when I saw the WOD :/ I will do my 3 mile run/jog after work instead :)

Casey! Don't hate to admit it...EMBRACE IT! Independent studies show that a good Sheenizer once in a while makes a person happier, healthier and smarter. Carport---get fit and get educated.

i decided to set a good example today and come to the 5:30 p.m. class even though i was terrified of the body weight hang squat cleans and i am not very fond of running anything over 10 feet to the water fountain. :)

my time was over the 40 min cap by a min or two...but by golly i did it!

tomorrow's wod is (thank goodness):

10 minute AMRAP of
5 Handstand Push-ups
25 Double Unders
