Wow push ups were slower than pull-ups not what I expected and a time of over 5 min was also unexpected.
That dang old AM gravity and the monster of DOUBT set in
Never again will think my way out of " great exceptions "

On the A.M. WOD gravity issue of late....."clocks which are far from massive bodies (or at higher gravitational potentials) run faster". It all makes sense now! Since there are no 'massive bodies' (gravitationally challenged) peeps at the Carport in the mornings the timeclock runs faster, therefore it actually takes longer to complete a WOD! Albert E. proved this theory in 1907...it's called 'Gravitational time dilation' - a scientific fact. Now I understand the gravity of the situation.....

Bill know that the dang old gravity thing is out of the way.
I would like for u to expand the comment on 'the monster of doubt.' I feel that has a far more spiritual and philosophical with a hint of physiology, answer than I can (word smith).
All I can say is I think it stems from fear. But that might be to dark for this blog. Amber will be sure to tell me :)

MOD is an understatement.... had to drop back & punt after getting through 15 of my 18 pull-ups & start doing situps & squats due to a pulled/tweaked muscle in the back of my arm. Going to have to pay this one by ear... frustrated. Great job to the all ladies class @ 5:30 tonight though, on a high note. Plus big props to Brooke & Cynthia for the bonus GHD & box jump work!!

The Hill's have reached 300000meters on the million meter baby. My hands are sore from pulling so my middle baby Brooke jumped in for a 1000. She is coming back easy after long beach trip

Well, I ripped on the round of 9 pull ups - yuck! I sort of wandered around for a bit whining about that and I finally made myself get back on the bar and finished in 11:53. Then did EMOM of 8 GHD's for 5 minutes and some 24" box jumps.
Great job on the Rx pull-ups Casey and way to finish it out Oatie- hope you heal fast!

I was glad to be back in the gym tonight! Brooke and I caught up on Baby Burpees. Then I practiced some pull-ups. It was so nice to see everyone and do a little skill work together. Casey, congrats on that "almost" pull-up. You are SUPER close!!!!
