Then

7 min AMRAP of
5 shoulder to overhead @ 75% 5RM
30 Double Unders

wasn't feeling very strong this a.m. i'm fairly certain i can do more with a little bit of fuel and a few hours of moving around a little bit (at least more moving than a stretch and a yawn). i don't see how you regular morning folks do it! :)

needed to speed up my 5RM. feel like i could have done more.. DU, well, i completely agree with yall about the gravity. i might be the worlds worst at attempting to jump over a rope while doing double rope rotations. hopefully tomorrow will be DUless

Josh I know u can't be the worst DUer when I started I could not do then on a mini tramp :) I don't think that is good for practice. But at the time I thought it could help

5RM was 125- PR! Loved sharing a bar with Libby and watching her set 3 PRs- woo hoo! I screwed up my math on the WOD and did only 85 instead of 95 and did 6 rounds. DUs go away when there is no air:)

Tomorrow's double-under-less wod is....

EOMOTM (every other minute on the minute) for 20 minutes perform
1 muscle clean + front squat
1 hang power clean + front squat
1 hang squat clean
Use 75% of 3RM hang power clean from 7/1/13.

I didn't eat my wheaties for breakfast. That bar was heavy. Could only get 60# up 4 times (twice).
