got up to 205# on the OHS-new max and body weight-depth is debatable on how low I got to get the 205#

12 MU burpees on the 2nd WOD. 1st time ever jumping into the false grip-did better than what I thought.

95 lbs on OHS and 8 burpee muscle ups. Who invented that movement anyway? Obviously it wasn't anyone who was short, old and bald....well, short and old anyway....the bald part didn't slow Shane down at all.

Great write up Cori! Looking for you to open up a can on those young whipper snappers at Regionals!
