Individual Event 4 - 2013


For time:
100 Wall balls (20/14 lbs to a 10’ target)
100 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
100 One-legged squats, alternating
100 One-arm dumbbell snatches, alternating (70/50 lbs)


Time cap: 25 minutes

WB-5:32
CTB pull ups-finished at 18 and some change
MOD pistol-ball under-finished with 24:02
Able to get 11 50# snatches before the clock hit then finished the other 89 to complete the 400

311 was completion time.

Wasted time bringing a dumbbell over to my area. Right chicken wing is busted up so PU's instead of C2B and pistols were more on the the scale of a broken slingshot...all 47 that I "attempted". Just me chasing Shane and Drew this morning.

I am behind the times so a huge congratulations to Coach Cori!! I am very proud of you and safe travels and best of luck this weekend.

Nice work Shane!!!! I am taking the week off guys...left shoulder (biceps tendon) & right hamstring are both jacked so I am letting them both calm down.
