100yd sprint, 10 rounds
We will sprint as class every three minutes. Sprints will start at minutes 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, and 27. After you sprint, walk back to the starting line and rest until the next round begins.
Post time for each sprint to comments. Compare to 9/2/11 and 1/2/12.

Cynthia- 13-14-14-14-15-15-15. I had to stop after round 7. I got a stitch in my side at round 2 and it kept getting worse until I just couldn't do it anymore. Cori says I shouldn't have eaten 30 minutes before I ran. Lesson learned:)
