100yd sprint, 10 rounds

We will sprint as class every three minutes. Sprints will start at minutes 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, and 27. After you sprint, walk back to the starting line and rest until the next round begins.

Post time for each sprint to comments.

I'll do rowing sprints as a substitute what's the meter equivalent

I would prefer rowing sprints as well, if possible

the rowing EQUIVALENT is 100m hard a couple of mins easy 100m hard ECT...

I had the pleasure of rowing 100m intervals with the Master CAt!
Probably why I did so well!!
I stayed in the 20's most of the time. - 20.2, 20.3, 20.7, etc
My last 3 rounds were my fastest

Nice and cool day , but a good warm up and i was 14 to 17 and called it with little trama to the left side. There were some warrors @ 5:30pm
