2/12/13 and
2/26/13):
1 Clean & Jerk (full) @ 80%
Then, when the clock hits 5:00-
3:00 to complete:
3 X ME UB (unbroken) Clean & Jerks @ 75%
*Notes: The ME UB Clean & Jerks are basically UB touch and go reps. Score is the total of all 3 sets, within the 3:00 cap.

I see why you didn't try to post this WOD Cori...even when seeing it on the board and hearing it explained I was still fumbuzzled. A great skills workout though -

No worries Cori - We consider it gravy when you do post it but by no means expect it - you have a full plate and we appreciate you offering to do it in the first place. If I had a sweet baby like Maci to put to bed when I got home from the Carport at night I'd just tell me to get a life cause you'll see the WOD tomorrow ;0)

Cynthia- did 110# on first four minutes. Did 100# for last 3
Minutes and only got 10 reps.
Oh- and Brooke talked me into 5x5 HPCs at 110#.
65# for both parts of the WOD, 13 reps in the 3 minutes.
